When measuring DO NOT stretch the tape measure - Just rest it over your head. Pulling stretches the tape measure and will give you an incorrect size.

 
1. Measure around your head
Measure the total distance around your head. Start at your natural hairline in the front and around to the back of your neck bend. Please note the tape need to be above of the ear when measuring .

2. Front to back
Measure form your natural hairline in the front of your forehead and then back over the crown of your head to the bottom of natural hairline at the bend of your neck.

 3. Ear to ear
Begin to measure from one of your ear at the top front, and then lay the tape measure up and over the crown to the same position on your another ear.
